How to be a Fangirl without being Creepy

My friends and I have noticed some seriously not cool behavior of late so I wanted to share a few quick tips on how to be a fangirl without being creepy.

I agree. Although, i did stop Chris Kirkpatrick in the middle of a cab show for a picture. First, We had a normal conversation for a few minutes. In my defense.. he was in Nsync and i will never see him again. 

Fangirls, take note.
